Support for v4 drivers in Pcounter

In 2021 a serious vulnerability was discovered in the Microsoft Print Spooler service that would allow attackers full domain administrator access to a Windows domain. As a response to this Microsoft has disabled normal type 3 printer sharing and there is no ETA for it to be restored.

As a workaround Pcounter engineering has created a new pull printing workflow where a special queue for type 4 print driver is created and configured on the Pcounter server and then pushed to users via print management.

This special v4 queue receives jobs and then hands them to a type 3 printer where print release and usage logging can occur normally.

Pcounter version 2.x:

Pcounter for Windows must be at version 2.92c or newer to allow the v4 Pull Queue workflow.
