Pcounter Web Report is an essential add-on to Pcounter adding detailed analysis of the Print and Copy activity recorded by Pcounter via a comprehensive set of reports and charts, an enhanced Device Monitor that alerts administrator of over or under utilized devices, and end-user Portal features, that gives end-users the ability to view their print history and more in a simple protected interface.

Pcounter Web Report 2.0 Key Features:

• Works on the basis of the Pcounter log data, installed on the Pcounter server, and accessed from client machines using the PWR client software.
• Simple installation and no ongoing maintenance. No need to have Pcounter tools on client workstations. No administrative rights.
• Very extensive reports to give management and administrators true print and copy cost, on department, device, user or client/project level.
• Dashboard for quick insight into top printers, copiers and users, their volume, jobs, output and cost.
• Full support for Pcounter for Windows and Pcounter for Netware
• Custom Report Builder to either modify existing reports or create new reports.
• Scheduled Email Reports. Nearly all reports can now be emailed on a regular schedule.
• Email or Export reports in PDF, Excel, Word, CSV and many other formats.
• End-user portal. PWR 2 now includes an end user interface where users can log on, view their current balance, view their print job history and optionally, set their Pcounter PRO short ID and pin.
• New user permission system. Create users that can only view reports on specific devices.

Pcounter Web Report is a third party add-on product to Pcounter and requires a separate license. PWR works with standard Pcounter for both Windows and Netware, but requires a Pcounter PRO license for the User Portal functionality.
